All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for our products. This policy is in place for the following reasons:

• FlipCraft: We offer a perpetual free trial version that includes all features. This allows you to fully evaluate the product before making a purchase decision.
• Maschine FL Studio Integration: Due to the distribution format of this product, returns are not possible after delivery.

We provide support for our products through email at support@mikey.audio. We strive to respond to all support inquiries in a timely manner.

5. Updates

Purchased licenses include lifetime updates. We will notify you via email when updates are available.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mikey Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our products.
